THE NY TIMES FAILS: Tell the NY TIMES to ‘STOP PROMOTING BDSM’

ACTION: NY Times saying violent, torture sex good & healthy

The popular book Fifty Shades of Grey has millions of women dreaming about being whipped, slapped, beaten, spit upon, urinated on, tied up and treated like objects. It seems everyone has jumped on the bandwagon that now it is suddenly “cool” and “good” for one’s relationship to allow domestic violence. America’s #1 leader among women, Oprah, and her network OWN are promoting BDSM as a healthy sexual outlet, one that can make your relationship better.

Now the New York Times is exploring the culture with a 2 page article about how great torture and violence are in a sexual setting, equating it to “sexual freedom” and “sexual rights”. Please send the editors of the NY Times a note telling them we expect better journalism. They should at least equally give voice to the plethora of harms and dangers associated with this lifestyle.
